Accents History
Accents Clean-Air Salon was established in 1988 by Subrina. One of the original Aveda Concept Salons, Accents has been through several transformations through the years. Aveda, founded by Horst Rechelbacher was a new concept in the Beauty business. Founded on a solid vision of health and environmental responsibility, Aveda was unmatched in quality and created a revolution in natural hair and skin products. Unfortunately, a subsequent buy out by the Este Lauder Corporation created a downward spiral that compromised not only the vision but the quality of the products themselves.
Accents Transformation
Subrina, always a forward thinker and life long learner, remained true to the convictions that drove her to the original Aveda. The gap created by the fall of Aveda was soon filled with some amazing products from sources dedicated to excellence and social, and environmental responsibility. Subrina is on the forefront of this revolution and has created Bellingham's first Clean- Air Salon.

Accents uses the finest products available both in services and in products available for retail sale.
